Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Energy Healing by Jules, we are committed to providing meaningful and intentional healing experiences through Reiki services, instruction, and meditation events. Due to the nature of our offerings, we maintain the following policy:

No Refund Policy

All services, classes, and event registrations are non-refundable. Once a session, class, or event is booked or purchased, payment is final.

 

Rescheduling for Private Sessions

We understand that schedules can change. Clients may reschedule a private Reiki session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

• No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

 

Classes & Workshops

Enrollment in Reiki training, workshops, and meditation events is non-refundable due to limited availability and preparation required.

• If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to a future offering (if available), provided notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

• Transfers are granted at the discretion of Energy Healing by Jules.

 

Events & Group Sessions

All event and group session registrations are final. We are unable to offer refunds or credits for missed events.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In rare cases, exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
