Reiki Trainings
Energy work is not a trend. It is not performance. And it is not reserved for the “gifted.” It is a human capacity that has existed long before it was named. My Reiki trainings are intentionally small (no more than four students) because this work deserves depth, safety, and real mentorship. Reiki I is a two-day immersive experience, followed by a required minimum one-month integration period before advancing to Reiki II, which is a one-day advanced training. This space between levels is intentional — it allows your nervous system, intuition, and energetic awareness to stabilize and strengthen. I teach not only traditional foundations and attunements, but the embodied techniques I have developed through lived experience — across trauma, rebuilding, intuition, and decades of working with subtle energy. This is not a memorization course. It is initiation, refinement, and the strengthening of your own channel. Reiki I Training
Foundations of Energy Healing & Self-Activation
Reiki I is where remembrance begins.
This is not a memorization course. This is not simply learning hand positions. This is an initiation into awareness — of energy, intuition, and your own capacity to channel life force.
In Reiki I, you will:
• Receive your Reiki Level I attunement
• Learn the history and principles of Reiki
• Understand the energetic body in a grounded, practical way
• Learn traditional hand positions for self-treatment and working with others
• Practice sensing and reading energy
• Develop trust in your intuition
• Learn nervous system regulation techniques to support safe energy work
• Understand energetic boundaries and how not to absorb others’ emotions
• Experience guided breathwork to open and align your channel
• Learn how to hold space without “trying to fix” anyone

Reiki II Training
Quantum Healing, Symbols & Practitioner Expansion
​Reiki II is where your channel strengthens and your work deepens.
This level is about refinement, amplification, and stepping into your power as a practitioner. In
In Reiki II, you will:
• Receive your Reiki II attunement
• Learn and activate the sacred Reiki symbols
• Understand how to work across time and space
• Learn distance healing techniques
• Practice emotional and mental healing work
• Develop stronger intuitive diagnostics
• Learn how to structure a full client session
• Understand energetic ethics and responsibility
• Explore quantum principles behind non-local healing
• Practice channeling with confidence and clarity

Reiki III Training
Master Practitioner
Reiki Level III is the Master Practitioner level, designed for students who feel called to deepen their relationship with Reiki energy and step into a higher level of personal mastery.

At this level, Reiki becomes less about technique and more about embodiment. Students learn to trust their intuition, expand their energetic awareness, and work with Reiki as a powerful spiritual practice.

This training opens the doorway to deeper healing work for yourself, your clients, and your ancestral lineage.

In this class you will:

• Receive the Reiki Master Practitioner Attunement
• Learn the Master symbol and its deeper energetic meaning
• Strengthen your connection to Reiki as a spiritual practice
• Expand your intuitive healing abilities
• Practice advanced Reiki techniques for deeper energetic clearing
• Explore distant healing at a more powerful level
• Work with Reiki for ancestral and lineage healing
• Deepen your relationship with energy, intention, and vibration

This level is often experienced as a personal transformation, where students step into greater clarity, confidence, and alignment with their path as a healer.

Students receive a Reiki Level III Certification upon completion.

Reiki Master Teacher Training
Reiki Master Teacher Training is the highest level of Reiki training and is designed for those who feel called to teach, mentor, and pass Reiki on to others.
This level focuses on the sacred responsibility of holding space for students and guiding others on their healing journey.
In this training, you will learn how to perform Reiki attunements, teach Reiki classes, and carry the lineage of Reiki forward with integrity and confidence.
This is not just about learning techniques—it is about stepping into the role of teacher, mentor, and steward of this healing tradition.
In this class you will:
• Receive the Reiki Master Teacher Attunement
• Learn how to perform Reiki I, II, and Master attunements
• Learn how to teach Reiki classes with confidence
• Understand the energetic responsibility of holding lineage
• Develop your own authentic teaching style
• Learn how to structure and lead Reiki trainings
• Practice attunement ceremonies
• Step fully into your role as a Reiki Master Teacher
Graduates of this training will be certified to teach and attune students in Reiki Levels I, II, and Master levels.
Students receive a Reiki Master Teacher Certification upon completion.
